My love of music began when I saw first saw the movie, the “Music Man”.  Also, having grown up in Southern California during the 70’s and 80’s, I was exposed to all genres of music.

In 1985, I moved to Northern California where my love of music flourished.  In college, I began my mobile DJ career, but I put this on the back burner for my education.  In 2002, I found the opportunity to DJ again and refined my skills.  In addition to being a DJ at weddings, social gatherings and private parties, I volunteer my time at Club Friday Night Live (the local club for teens and young adults).

During my time I learned a simple “recipe”:

• 1/3 special event
• 1/3 music
• 1/3 professional DJ

And voilà:  A successful tailored event with memories to last!

After fine tuning my skills over a five year period and having the goal being a professional DJ, I decided it was time share my talent with others.  In 2007, I opened the doors to Vertigo Musik.

Along with my experience in DJing weddings, birthdays, school events, themed parties, private/public events and over 10 years in public relations, I know I can make your occasion memorable!
